Workshop on Food Processing
With the aim of providing enterprises with knowledge about the role of standards in the food industry, as well as knowledge of processing technology, the trends of food processing activities in the future, from March 30 to April 1. 2021, Vietnam High Quality Goods Business Association has organized a training course: ENHANCING EFFICIENCY OF FOOD PROCESSING THROUGH PROPER APPLICATION OF STANDARDS.
The participants of the training course are food enterprises with the certificate of “High Quality Vietnamese Goods – Integration Standard”.
Representatives of the Netherlands – Vietnam Horticulture Business Platform (NVHBP) has participated by sharing about processed foods: trends and needs of European consumers.
