PROGRAM TO PROMOTE AND INTRODUCE VIETNAMESE PRODUCTS AT THE VIETNAM TRADE OFFICE IN THE NETHERLANDS

In order to support Vietnamese businesses to approach and penetrate the Dutch market through promoting and introducing products at the Trade Office’s showroom, the showroom is equipped with projection screens, shelves for displaying documents, catalogs, sample products … to provide information of Vietnamese businesses to businesses and partners in the Netherlands.

Location: Showroom of the Vietnam Trade Office in the Netherlands.

Procedures: Businesses send sample products, catalogs, video clips to introduce businesses and products and services. The Embassy will support the display, promotion and introduction of products to Dutch businesses and partners, and do the online match making.

Exhibiting categories: Multi-sectors

Cost: Enterprises pay the cost of sending goods to the Trade Office.

Requirements:

  • Enterprises send catalogs, promotional videos and sample products to the Trade Office (details are below);
  • Catalog: in English, not more than 50 publications / 1 enterprise;
  • Video: maximum length 2 minutes / video;
  • Samples: with English labels and full instructions for use.
