NVHBP-DFA MEETING QUARTER 2-2024

Following the regular meeting in Quarter 1 at HortEx Vietnam, March 20224, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, representatives of the Netherlands – Vietnam Horti Business Platform (NVHBP) have visited Dalat Flower Association – DFA.

The parties jointly review and agree on a plan to implement the contents signed in the Cooperation Memorandum between the two Associations from September 2023:

  • The two Associations have exchanged Logos on websites: www.nvhortiplatform.com and www.dfa.com.vn
  • DFA introduces a list of nearly 200 members, categorized into flower seedlings, cut flowers, horti supplies, transportation, and trading …
  • NVHBP introduces Dutch and Vietnamese members, including members of Dutch Greenhouse Delta (DGD).
  • Prepare for a workshop to introduce horti technology products of NVHBP members in Dalat. Based on the actual situation, the parties agree to hold it until the third quarter of 2024, the official date will be discussed and confirmed before June 30, 2024. Accordingly, each suitable member from the two associations will send the coordinators a brief Company introduction, maximum 02 A4 pages, clearly stating their profession, capacity, demand, contact details and several typical images of their products and services.
  • NVHBP introduced upcoming events related to the flower industry in the Netherlands such as: Dutch Lily Days (June 4-7), Flower Trials (June 11-14), GreenTech Amsterdam (June 11-13). Six), International Floriculture Trade Fair (IFTF- November 5-7, 2024).

The two sides agreed to exchange necessary contents and organize online meetings when necessary to ensure joint activities in 2024 are successful.
